New HIB Filing

Hi

I had a break for 5 years from 2013-2018 .Now one employer is ready to file my H1B .
I have few questions regarding that .

1) what documents are required for filing H1B ..does the experience letters till 2013 from previous employer will be sufficient.
2) do we need the paystubs from my previous employer.?

any other document required from my previous employer
