H1B Stamping from approval letter from old company when H1B transfer is approved

I am working for an employer A on H1-B. I've the approval letter but have not gone through visa stamping yet. I got a new offer from a company B and they initiated H1-B transfer for me. If it gets approved, can I still go for visa stamping with H1-B approval from my current company i.e. A and then join company B after I come back from visa stamping.
Can the approval letter from company B cause any issues during visa stamping ?
