H4 Visa Stamping
Hi,
I did change of status from H1 to H4 as of Oct 2017. Currently im on H4 status and dont have H4 visa stamping bcos i did not move out of the country. My husband current petition expires on Jan 2019 and he has a valid H1 visa until Jan 2019. I have only 11months left in my H4.
What is the good time frame to get H4 visa stamping? How much time gap should i have in my husband's H1 petition, for safe H4 stamping? Bcos i have some plans to visit India later this year.
