I am going for H1 stamping in mumbai consulate, I have few questions regarding the documents .
I work for Blue cross directly as employee :
1)recent letter from employer that describes your proposed duties and intention to hire you.
2) copies for Tax return from all previous years, I have upto last 3 years at the best while I stayed in USA for 7 years. ( is it fine, or is there any easy way to achieve this? )
