Hi Everyone,
My H1B approved a couple of years back but the company never sent me for stamping. HIB was approved for three years and it will expire in 2019. Last year I got an opportunity to pursue Higher Education so I am currently on F1. I will garduate in 2018.
Can I still use Approved H1B petition?(Not stamped though)
Do I need to join the company that initially sponsored my petition or Can I get it transferred to another company?
