I am a master student finished, my course work and trying to finish my thesis now.My H1 B was already filed(applied for COS too) and I am on my grace period now. My professor didnt like my final thesis draft and he made me to get disqualified from school. Even though I made valid progress he thrown me in to present status and asked me to work my thesis until its presentable. I got kaplan I-20 for next 6 months to keep me in status.
My question is
1) WOULD it be difficult for my COS petition to get approved,which is under process as I am disqualified from school
2) I can reinstate after a semister and i can graduate in Jan 2007. Can I attend for H1 B stamping before I gradute? What are the questions I may face? I have maintained valid status and I did talk to my IPO officer regarding my status??
