Doubt regarding the Intreview

All,

I am going to stamping next week @mumbai consulate for H1; I am Full time employee of fortune 500 company; I was working as contractor for 2 years and then converted to Full-timer one year back.
So now my doubt is what should be answer to question"

"How long you been working for current petitioner ?" --

1 year ( lenght of full timer ) or
3 year ( full time + including contracing period)
