H1B transfer edu background.
Hello everyone, Currently i am with H1B expiring on july2018. My degree is in mechanical and have around 10 years of IT exp. Planning to apply for h1b transfer with a direct client. Technology and wage level[4 i think] is fine.
should i go with premium processing ?
what are the chances of RFE because of my edu background ? i am hearing like in case of direct client RFE chances are less. Is that correct ?
any similar cases here ?
attorney planning to go with a technical evaluation or something. would that work ?
