    Travel during H1b application is filed with current status as H4

    Hi,

    My wife is on H4 dependent status and her H1b petition got filed this year. We are planning to go to India in June month and also planning to use the drop box for the latest H1b and H4 stamping.

    Can she travel to India and return to USA with her h4 status if her petition got selected in the lottery.

    Please advice.
