I am working with the same employer since begining. I filed H1B amendment (1st Amendement or old) when I got 1st project and later it is got completed
I have moved to the 2nd Client and filed 2nd or Latest amendement.Now, I got two RFEs at a time for both projects.
1) Do I need to respond to first RFE? (firstRFE is for old client and project is completed)
2) When 2nd Amendement is filed (with the new client valid & Current working) and got Receipt number and how the old Amendement is valid still when I got 2n recipet number?
3) Can the first RFE can be voided? / Cancelled/ withdrawn? (project is already completed ? )
4) If both Amendements RFE's are got approvals then it is happy path. If 2nd Amendement i.e. Latest Amendement with current client I am working now. If earlier Amendement runs in any Issue then latest RFE get approved then what is my situation ?
Alternatively. If 1st Amendement i.e. oldest Amendement the old Client (Completed project) If latest Amendement runs in any Issue then oldest RFE gets approved then what is my situation?
