I have my H1B and my wife has her H4 till Oct 10, 2018. My I-140 got approved recently. My company wont start H1B extension filing till july 2018. I am planning to apply for my wife's H4 EAD now. Currently it takes 3 to 5 months to get H4 EAD.
DO i need to do Premium or regular processing for my H1B and H4 extension ?? If premium is done will they update my wifes H4EAD to new petition date as my premium processing will be approved within 2 weeks and before H4 ead processing. If so, are there any amendment form to update her H4ead application or will it get updated automatically
Pls suggest me what i should do now ?? or wait till July to apply all the applications at once ?? I want to apply for her H4 EAD now as June is the deadline asked by US govt for H4 EAD revoking proposal.
