H1b withdrew but then approved , need help

Hi,

I won the lottery last year and got 2 RFEs, then in March I decided to withdraw my pending h1b to go to school, but after I sent out the withdrew request, h1b got approved (April). So what I should do next , since in Sevis, my student visa has been terminated. Can I reactive my student visa? Or is it possible to revoke the withdrawal or get it reapproved?
