I am H1B holder, my wife and son went for H4 visa interview on April-11 & April-12 in Chennai consulate. VO asked my wife about her latest degree. She said that, I have completed PG. Then VO asked Resume of my wife (our bad luck, she hasn't at that time). VO returned her passport and asked to send the resume. Then drop your passport in the dropbox once the documents are accepted.
My wife sent her resume on the same day once she returned home.
On next day, April-13, Received an email from [email protected], requesting to submit the US sponsor letter for my wife and resume.
I had a discussion with my employer and they says that, sponsor letter will not be provided for the H4 visa's. So my wife sent an email to [email protected], mentioned like, I don't have any sponsor letter as I have applied for H4 in the email and attached her resume and sent it on 16-April-2018.
Till now her case is under "administrative processing",
Please provide some information on this case whether this will be approved or not?
