Hi All,
I am on H1-B visa and my I-94 expired on 05/28/2018(including 240 days ).My petition for extension went into RFE on 8th march,2018 . My employer filed the RFE petition on premium mode on 05/17/2018 and I was awaiting response from USCIS. Finally,my I-129 got denied today (05/30/2018).I am currently on LOP from 05/29 and not continuing work as my employer asked me to because my work authorization has ended (05/28/2018).
Can someone please help with the below :-
1. How long I can stay in US after I-129 denial ? I have googled it and found mostly people are saying Immediately ,I need to vacate US .I need to know ,exactly how many days ,I can stay legally?
2. As of today ,I am in my 2nd day (after the I-94 expiry )-->will these 2 days stay will be considered as illegal ?
