I am working for company A and my H1B & I94 are valid till Sep 13 2018 with approved I140.
I got an offer from company B and the H1B transfer is in RFE status and they are working on the RFE.
Meantime company A is sold to company C and they are working on my H1B transfer (normal processing). I need to join the company C on my H1B transfer receipt.
My questions:
1. As I start working with company C, will that impact RFE response given by company B?
2. While my H1B with company C is pending and working to that company, can I transfer my H1B to company D as my I94 is still valid.
3. Does bridge petition come in play here?
