Hi,
I have recently moved to a different employer and my new employer filed H1B for me but not my wife's H4 and my wife's H4 (done by previous employer) is still valid Feb,2020.
Now I am planning to go India this year end and we both need to go for VISA Stamping in India as our visa got expired.
Now my question is, can my wife go for stamping and come back to USA with the H4 (done by previous employer) she is holding now or I need to file new H4 for her before going to India?
Please let me know what do I need to do?
