My i-94 expired last December and my 240 days comes around mid of August. My H1B visa extension I received RFE and we had submitted the evidence back. Now I m in the process of upgrading the petition to premium as I had not recieved any responses from USCIS on my case status. My question is if unfortunately my extension got denied, is there any way or options to stay in US or hunt for job using my 140 approved? Or if any way to utilize my 140 approved to do something to stay in US and not to go back to India? Can any homework done now itself or if any planning will help me? Please provide your experiences or suggestions.
