H1B Visa Expired - Baby is due
Hi,
My H1B Visa & I94 expired on may 03rd But I filed Extension on January 11th. I responded to my RFE on Jul 12th. My Employer is not allowing me to upgrade to premium. My wife is currently 32 weeks pregnant and expecting baby on NOV 1st. Doctor advised not to make any international travel now.
240 days After I94 expiry is Dec 29th. If my Visa rejected now, what should I do?
