Hello Guys,
Me and my fiance are planning to get married end of this year. I am a H1-B visa holder and been in USA for an year now. My fiance has never set foot in US and on H4 visa she wouldn't be getting EAD as we don't fit the eligibility ( Haven't filed for I-140 and haven't completed 6 years on H1B). She is very ambitious and career-oriented and I wouldn't want her to discontinue her work. Is there any work around to get her to US and still be able to let her work. Anything like applying for I-140 directly or any other leads would be highly appreciated. Please let me know of the same.
