got a mail from Chennai US consulate

I got a mail from Chennai US consulate.. They asked me to submit the DD and Passport... right now, I am WORKING in UAE, my UAE sponsor he didn’t allow immediately to my native

He gave me June 29th vacation, How it feasible if I drop the passport and DD in the VFS drop of box after 30th June

Any one had face like this problem
