Clarification on H1B - EB1 C Category

I've recently moved to my organization in the US this May 2018 under the H1B Visa Category. Earlier , i worked in Indian arm/entity of the same organization from May 2017 until May 2018.I worked in a managerial capacity in my work tenure in India.
Assuming that my managerial responsibility meets the criteria, would i be eligible to go for E1B - C filing of my green card please?
