Need suggestion on my current situation please.
I filed for H1 extension in Aug 2018 and received RFE on oct 24th 2018 where my i94 expired in Sep 2018, can I withdraw my existing extension(which got RFE) and go for stamping out of country with new application ?
Questions I have is
1) Can I withdraw my existing Visa extension on which I received RFE and go for stamping with new application ? If so, do l need to withdraw existing application while I?m in US or should I withdraw after I leave the country ( keeping in mind that my i94 is already expired in Sep)
2) If I withdraw my Visa extension for which I got RFE, does my stay in the US between I-94 expiry date and the day I withdraw my application considered illegal?
3) Can I go for stamping with same employer or with different employer ?
