I have my h1b visa interview scheduled in 3 weeks and i received a speeding ticket in a National park recently. As the speeding ticket was issues by a park ranger it falls under federal court and not civil court. I have been asked to pay fine no court appearance. Should i report this in DS-160 security question? Has any one been in this situation?
