Hi,
As i got promoted in current organization so my employer filed amendment for same reason; but unfortunately which got REF and then denied later.
I am still waiting for reason of denial from lawyer. Since my current H1 is valid till Jan 2020 so lawyer said i can stay and work till Jan 2020.
I have few question
- Do we really need to do amendment for promotion such as from product specialist to senior product specialist ?
- What should be my next step? Again apply for amendment ? or just wait for another 6-7 months and then apply for H1 extension which we are going to do anyway after July 2019.
- Since i got denial in amendment so is there a possibility that H1 extension or transfer will get REF/Denial for same reason ?
