Hi,
I got married in India and travelled to the US on an H4 visa along with my spouse possessing an H1B. I stayed in the US for about 8 months and when things weren't working for us, we came back and got divorced in India. The same year my H4 visa also got expired (1 year validity).
Three years later, I got married again and my spouse got a chance to go to US on H1B. In the DS-160 form I filled my marital status as married and gave details of my spouse as the principal contact. I have a few queries.
1. Since I am applying for a new H4 visa now, will my previous travel to US pose an issue?
2. Can I get my H4 visa stamped along with my spouse's H1B stamping, or do I have to go separately?
3. Do I need any to provide any other documents other than divorce decree and marriage certificates at the consulate to prove my re-marriage?
