My kid's passport is expiring on Dec20,2019 and Im planning to go to India on May,2019. I have to schedule an interview for stamping my H1 as well which I'm planning to in end of may. I didint understand that the passport should be 6 months valid.
Is this from the date when we are scheduling the interview?
Some says the passport should valid for 6 months from the date you entering into US?
