My I-129 for H1B extension was denied by the California Service Center (still don't have the physical copy of the reason), but was wondering the following:
1) Once we assess the reasons, can we reapply?
2) Is there a minimum time limit I should wait, before I reapply?
My employer has advised against an appeal (but is encouraging a reapplication instead).
