Hi Everyone,
I had applied for H1 petition last year on August 05 2005, but till now i havent received my approval notice or reason for delay, even my employer contacted the USCIS but no response from them. Please let me know how I can i know the reason for it to be delayed for such a long time withut any reasone.
Is there any thing that i can do from my side to find out the reason?
Please help me.
