Hi,
Below is my case :
H1B approved in April 2014. I did travel in Oct-2015 and returned back in March-2106. Stayed in US for hardly 6 months.
Stamping expired on Aug-2017.
I have checked status on https://egov.uscis.gov and got below response :
On June 3, 2014, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Will it be possible to file cap-exempt in my case ?
Please provide your valuable response.
Thanks in advance,
Kanchan
