I have applied for a new H4 EAD in Dec 2018 and my H1B validity was May 2019. My company has applied for H1B and H4 extension now in premium processing and it will be approved before Jan 2019. What will happen to my H4-EAD application? Will the H4 EAD be approved till May 2019 or my new approval end date? Will i get any RFE as the new application was approved?
