*Urgent* - Travelling on H4 Visa after H1b auto revocation
Hi All,
I am in tricky situation. Can you please help?
Currently(27-Jan-2019) my Wife and Child are in India. Wife has H4 Visa till 6-Mar-2019. Child is US Citizen. They are travelling to US on 5-Feb-2019.
My original approved H1b petition was valid till 6-Mar-2019. By last Nov, I switched Employer and joined with receipt notice. This transfer petition was filed on 27-Nov-2018 and it is still pending. After that first Employer sent information on my termination to USCIS and my original H1b approved petition for 'Auto Revoked'. As per my attorney it is normal and I can continue to work on my H1b Receipt notice.
So, when my family travels to USA on 5-Feb-2019, there are two issues.
1. My Original Petition on which her H4 visa was approved has been already revoked.
2. And she is travelling just 30 days before her H4 Visa expiration.
Can you please let me know, any of these will impact her entry at Port of Entry at Dallas ?
