Consular Notification sent to Vancouver

[WIN2019]

Hi Guys,

I recently got my H1B approval through consular notification,however, the consulate mentioned in VANCOUVER instead of my home country.Not sure why a foreign country would be notified.I am yet to get a confirmation from my employer whether this was intentional or an error from USCIS.
In either case, can I go for stamping in Vancouver consulate under consular notification?
