What happens for spouse H4 if I do not join new company after transfer H1B and H4
I am at company A. I recently accepted a new job at company B. Company B started my H1-B transfer and my spouse's H4 extension process. But I do not want to join company B now for family reasons.
My questions are:
1. If the H1-B and H4 from company B are approved, but I do not work for company B, and still work at company A, company B will revoke my H1-B in the future. I think my H1-B status in company A should still be good. What will happen to my spouse's H4? Will she be at the risk of out of status after the company B revokes the approved H1-B in the future?
2. Because her H4 will be based on the revoked H1-B from company B, her H4 will not consist my H1-B in company A, is it necessary to care about her H4 status? What is the best way to keep her H4 in good status in my current situation?
