Hi All,
We moved to h4 ead on 2016 after confirming we can re-initiate H1b if the period is still there. We only used our H1b of 2 years and 4 years still remaining.
But now am hearing different answers everywhere. So though of asking here as well for confirmation
We are planing to move back to H1b again and my employer holding previous h1b and the one that is initiating is different. But will this h1 b re-initiation comes under cap exempt or should we go through lottery?
