Hi,
My company filled I-129 amendment plus I-94 extension as job duties are changed. I got new I-94 number as I left the country and came back.
Which I-94 number will be considered to extend my stay when I-129 is approved. Will USCIS issue a RFE as I-94 number mentioned in I-129 form is not matching with my current I-94.
