Hi,
After a few months of my initial H-1B approval i got promoted to a new position - kinda like from being member of a team to being manager of the same team. We never filed for an ammend at that time per our immigration lawyer.
Now it's time to renew my H-1 and i am all set to sending out the petition. Not sure about 2 options on form I-129 (revised 04/06). What should i check for subsections 2 and 5 under part 2?
