Hi,
I am holding H1 visa which is valid upto Dec, 2007.
But my passport is getting expired on Nov, 2006. For this reason I got my I-94 validity upto Nov, 2006. And I got appointment for my family-H4 on 7th Aug 2006.
Will the above mentioned situation creates any problem in getting H4 visa to my family ?? Or is it compulsary to get my new passport with extended I-94 first ??
