H1B Stamping (after 214b for F1)
Hi All,
I came to USA in 2000 on F2 visa and my husband on F1 visa. Then I got an addmission for MS with assistantship in 2003, so I went to Canada to get F1 stamped, But that got rejected under 214b. So I came to USA on F2 and postponded my addmission. Later I went to India for few months and came back on F2 visa, as there was still 4 months for school to start. I applied for Change of Status from F2 to F1 in USA. I got it approved and I completed my MS. Now I got job here and I got change of status approved from F1 to H1. I am planning to go to India to get H1B stamped. I am really worried because of 214b on my passport. Do you think that I will have any problem in H1B stamping? Really appreciate your suggestions/commets.
