    Need Help Regarding H4

    Hi
    My visa status is H4.Since my husband is in H1-B.
    He already received his EAD.And now he wants to go to EAD,and doesnt want to stay in H1.
    Is it possible to go to EAD ,without any visa?
    As far as my visa is concerned,If he goes to EAD...I cant be in H4.Is it true?
    Please help me out...
