Dear All,
I came to USA in Oct 2005 on Company A visa. But they did not show me any job till Nov end. Finally I changed to Company B at the end of Nov and started working from Dec 1st and still continuing. But Company B paid my Dec salary on Jan 13th. and I do not have w2 form.
My wife went for H4 stamping at chennai in the last week, VO asked why he changed the company ? and then issued a 221(g) for W2 form.
Please suggest me what I can do. Is there any way my wife can get visa.
I appreciate your suggestions.
