    Visa recovery/recapture

    Can anybody help me with the right terminology? Which is the proper term - "Visa Recovery" or "Visa Recapture" - to use in a case if the first approval notice for a H1B was issued for 2 years and 6 months. The second H1B (full 3 years) expires soon and the employer wants to apply for the cut-out 6 months.
