L1 to H1 conversion
Hi,
I need some info regarding L1 to H1 conversion. I am on L1 working for a Firm A. My H1 is being processed by company B. I am yet to receive the confirmation from USCIS.
Any help/info regarding the L1 to H1 transfers will be greatly appreciated.

I need some info regarding L1 to H1 conversion. I am on L1 working for a Firm A. My H1 is being processed by company B. I am yet to receive the confirmation from USCIS.
- I have heard that if your H1 is filed this year, even if you do not receive the confirmation by Oct, you are eligible to work on the H1 from Oct 1 onwards. Is this true?
- Also heard that from Oct 1, legally, my salary should be processed by Firm B ( the company that sponsored by H1). Is this true?
Any help/info regarding the L1 to H1 transfers will be greatly appreciated.
