Can employer cancel h1b in past date? Please reply
Hello friends,
I was working for company A
Company B filed for my petition on 29th sept and got receipt on oct 6
I joined company B starting from oct 9
Now my company A is saying that they will cancel my h1b starting from 23rd sept, thus putting me out of status
While I have payslip from company A till 30th sept.
1) Can they do this?
2) Any govt website link or so which tells these rules that they can't?
