Last year I had 2 offers from 2 companies , say A & B. Both companies filed H1 for me with a start date of June 7th. One being a premier processing from comp-A and other being a normal processing from Comp B.
I choose to work for comp B from june , till I realised the H1 got rejected in sept.
Later in sept, I went back to the other company who filed premier processing , which was approved and started working for them (Since they did't revoke my H1) from Sept till date.
I am having less wages on my W2 from the current company for year 2005 and more wages on another w2 from company B.
My wife will be having her visa appointment in Dec and I am concerned about the less wages on my w2 with present employer. Can any one say if there will be an issue with this ? can I club 2 w2's and show the consulate to convince them ?
