Can a call center professional get a H1B visa
Hi friends,
This is the best site for advice.
I am going for H1 B stamping in Dec 2006. from the educational point of view i have done BCA and MCA (Regular). but from the experience point of view i dont have experience in software field. i am working with a very well known MNC BPO company in Technical Support. we dont use any programming or stuff like that. i only give technical support over voice to US and canada based customers.
i have 2 years of experience in call center in technical support. is it necessary that we have experience in software fields only? what is the chance of me getting the visa? i need advice in this aspect. what are the points i can mention to the visa officer so that he can give me the visa inspite of having call center experience. please advice me friends. senior members please help.
