Urgent ..Help please....
I'm on F1 visa and was sponspored completely yb my university. I have completed my Courses in July 2005 and was not on job from July to October 2005....I joined as IT analyst...and now make 70000$ per year as independant contractor under 1099-MISC.....
My Wife went for a F1 visa interview and was issued 221 G asking for my 2005 W2s and some pay stubs..I have sent the 1099 documents along with photocopies of pay checks and bank statements and she went again..
This time they gave a 212 (a) 4...
What is 212 (a) 4?
I dont know what more i can show as documents?
do i need to get an appointment for her again or can she walk in to consulate?
