please help me.. Very Urgent... regarding DS156 and DS157..

Hi,

i got 221(g) and need to submit the documents via drop box. where can i download the DS156 and DS157 forms? i was trying to download those forms from VFS website. But it says "your HDFC receipt is already used' and not able to download.please help me out on this.i am in urgent and need to submit the docs by next week.
