    Can I get amendment ones 7th year H1B extension is approved?

    I got 7th year extension base on labor certificate pending more than 365. Now my labor certificate is approve and hopefully I-140 get approve in three weeks, after I-140 can I get amendment of 7th year extension for three year?

    My original visa will expired in April 2007.
