Hi,
I am working on H1b visa which gat expired on dec 16 and my I94 get expired on 25 Dec. My company has filed extension on Dec 22 and send all the papers to USIC undec clause "nunc pro tunc" filing - Immigration Law 8 C.F.R. Section 214.1(c)(4).
Now they said that you are ok to work till 240 days or upto the decision of your extension. NExt week I am flying back to India.
I want to know if I my staus is still legal and i can go India without any issue.
Also I can come againg after getting new petition and Visa stamping.
