Need help for h4 extension
Dear senior members
Iam going to change my H1 with other comapany.. at present my wife is in vacation she on H4.. my question is my wife in india and iam applying here h1 tranfer with diffrent company so could i apply for my wife h4 extension or not..
(she has H4 vias stamping until 2009 june.)
other wise how it can work..is she can get i 94 on air port it self when entrerering in the country.. plz advise me.
